About habits and shoes

Through my work I am fortunate to get to know and approach life stories
diverse, multifaceted, each one special in its own way.
The people with whom I undertake a journey, whether individual or group, tell me what marked an important change for them.

This is because by working together on the body we learn about something we did not even imagine before, because we are educated and trained to use the mind, telling us alternative versions of what reality is, looking for explanations, interpretations that take us away from the essence of feeling.

Symptoms are a bit like our own White Rabbit, and we, like Alice, trying to chase them, find ourselves in unexpected worlds.

Let me try to explain how this happens with an example.

A client, during an individual path reaches a clear and important awareness: to interrupt a habit.
A habit that for a long time marked his days, because it was a daily path of personal introspection that he greatly benefited from but decided to put aside for a while.

There is no need to explain here why but I invite you to reflect: does this happen to everyone? Are we able to notice when it is time to change something in our lives, even if this thing once did us a lot of good or served us well?
How attached are we to our habits?

We change so much over time, whether we want to or not.
Consequently, the experiences we surround ourselves with should also be able to change with us. We don't wear the same shoes all our lives, the body changes (in shape and color Cit.), and in order to be comfortable in our daily routine, we should be able to wear new habits whenever necessary.

That is why I work on the body: entering through the door of urgency and the stimulus of the need for change that the body demands of us.
I let out the needs that emerge, deep and urgent.
