Nature & Wellbeing Day – Canosio, Maira Valley

Sunday, July 5th, 2026

Spend a day in nature: in the morning, we will practice an activity designed to help you discover and reclaim stability and the art of balance. This will be done through bodywork focusing primarily on the lower part of the body. I will guide you to rediscover these qualities through a practice that alternates movement, stopping movement, breathing exercises, silence practices, techniques to find your center of gravity, and much more. An activity to discover and reclaim stability and the art of balance through a bodywork session focused primarily on the lower body.

Find your natural grounding and balance

Improve the sensations in your lower body: lower back, legs, pelvis, and lower abdomen.

Say goodbye to back pain, fatigue, instability, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, and co.

Let go of chronic worry and anxiety that might linger even without any apparent reason, as if they were a constant presence in your life.

Being grounded means feeling your feet on the ground to build a strong foundation and rise upward. It means being confident on your legs and feeling emotionally stable enough to cushion life's blows. It means knowing how to manage and improve the symptoms that arise when you don't feel strong and secure. It means having balance, sensing and adapting to find your own equilibrium.

Being in balance does not mean being in a perpetual, unchangeable state—which is what we often want just to stay in our comfort zone. Instead, balance is a state that involves stability, loss of stability, movement, and regaining stability. In this light, there is no such thing as "being wrong", only the need to rebalance yourself.

As with all the work I offer, to keep it real and practical, you will receive effective tools that you can use independently to manage uncomfortable sensations and symptoms whenever you feel out of balance.
